What Are Worry Stones?

Worry stones, also known as pocket stones or palm stones, are small, smooth often crystals or stones that can fit in your palm. They have a groove on one side that is designed to be rubbed by your thumb. Worry stones can be made with a variety of gemstones & crystals.

How Do Worry Stones Work?

By holding and rubbing a worry stone, you can focus your attention on the present moment and calm your mind. The repetitive motion of rubbing the stone can also help reduce stress, tension, and anxiety.

Worry stones are believed to work by combining the physical sensation of rubbing the stone with the healing properties of the crystal or stone. This practice is often referred to as "crystal healing."

Your stones will come in a pouch for safe keeping. Each stone is approx 4cm tall by 1cm thick.

This is made to order with a processing time up to 15 business days. 

My works are handmade & unique & are a beautiful piece of art. 'Imperfections' such as micro bubbles, uneven edging due to the moulds, or some small cavities. These don’t detract from the overall piece, they are just signatures of handmade items not made in factories.
